Or internal Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) team plays a key role in Simon-Kcher's commitment to social and environmental goals that go beyond profit maximization, bilding relationships with internal teams and external entities. ltimately, yo will help ensre we stay committed to sstainability and social impact.



The salary for this position ranges from PLN 18 to PLN 3 gross per month nder an employment contract (oP), depending on the candidate's relevant experience, skill set, level of expertise and overall fit for the role. Additional factors sch as indstry backgrond, technical competencies and interview performance may also inflence the final offer. The compensation package at Simon-Kcher CBS consists of a gross base salary, a monthly remote work allowance and an annal bons. The bons is paid in December and is based on the reslts of a 36-degree performance evalation.

How yo will create an impact:

Lead and frther develop Simon-Kcher's global ESG engagement ecosystem, inclding or international ESG Captains network, ensring alignment of local initiatives, volnteering activities, donations, and social impact programs with the firm's ESG strategy.

Own and continosly develop Simon-Kcher's global pro-bono portfolio, inclding partner management, project governance, impact measrement, and reporting.

Bild and maintain strategic relationships with nonprofit organizations, social enterprises, fondations, and other external partners to maximize social impact and create meaningfl engagement opportnities for or employees.

Design and implement global employee engagement initiatives that strengthen ESG awareness, foster a cltre of responsibility, and encorage participation in sstainability and social impact activities across the firm.

Lead the planning and exection of global ESG-related events and campaigns, inclding initiatives sch as or annal Impact Week.

Define, track, and evalate engagement and social impact KPIs, ensring transparent measrement of otcomes and continos improvement of programs and initiatives.

Contribte to the annal ESG reporting process by providing program data, impact assessments, and stakeholder insights related to employee engagement and social impact activities.

Independently manage strategic ESG projects and initiatives, ensring effective prioritization, stakeholder alignment, timely exection, and measrable impact.

Yor profile:

A bachelor's degree is reqired; a master's degree in Sstainability, ESG, Corporate Responsibility, Pblic Policy, or a related field is preferred.

Yo bring at least 6 years of relevant professional experience in ESG, sstainability, corporate responsibility, corporate citizenship, or social impact fnctions, inclding hands-on responsibility for ESG-related programs, stakeholder engagement, partnerships, or reporting activities.

Yo have at least 3 years of experience independently managing global or mlti-contry ESG programs, stakeholder networks, or engagement initiatives or social impact activities.

Yo possess a strong nderstanding of ESG principles, social impact frameworks, and sstainability-related reporting and measrement.

Yo have experience collaborating with nonprofit organizations, fondations, social enterprises, or other impact-focsed partners.

Yo are skilled at managing stakeholders across fnctions, geographies, and organizational levels and can independently drive initiatives from concept to implementation.

Yo are a proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a demonstrated commitment to sstainability and social impact.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particlarly PowerPoint and Excel, is reqired.

Excellent written and verbal commnication skills in English are essential.
