We'relooking for an experienced Senior Manager / Director to join or TMTpractice, spporting clients to develop and execte commercial excellencestrategies that deliver sstainable growth. Yo will be working ongrowth-orientated projects across diverse sb-sectors, working with mid-marketto large cap PE firms.




How yo will create impact:

As a Senior Manager or Director, yo will play a leading role in shaping and delivering or commercial excellence work for clients

Yo will lead conslting projects focsed on pricing, go-to-market design, sales effectiveness, and growth strategy for clients operating in complex organisational environments.

Alongside project delivery, yo will actively drive bsiness development activities, working closely with Partners to spport proposal development, pitches, and marketing initiatives (e.g. creation of thoght leadership content), contribting to the contined growth of or project and client base.

Yowill share yor expertise with jnior team members, coaching and mentoring themto develop strong analytical, commercial, and client-facing skills

Yor profile:

Significant experience in strategy or management conslting, with extensive experience in TMT with a focs on tech & media

Experience working with PE & PE-backed bsinesses with a focs on vale creation

Strong analytical capabilities, with experience synthesising complex qantitative and qalitative information into clear client recommendations.

Excellent client-facing skills, with experience leading stakeholder engagements across different organisational fnctions.

Exceptional commnication and presentation skills, with the ability to articlate insights to senior exectives and engage credibly with senior leaders

Demonstrated some experience in spporting and contribting to bsiness development activities.

Demonstrated ability to lead workstreams and manage teams in high-performing environments.

Comfortable with ambigity, able to decompose complex problems and drive strctred, practical soltions.
