Role

We are hiring a hands-on CTO to join the founding team and lead architecture, engineering, and technical execution across both products.

Posizione

You will:

Own technical direction and product architecture
Lead and grow the engineering team in Milan
Review code, make architectural decisions, and ship production systems
Coordinate multiple product tracks across backend services and frontend applications
Work directly with the Founder & CEO

What we need

Experience shipping and operating a B2B SaaS product in production
Proven experience with AI / LLM systems used by paying customers
Strong hands-on engineering capability

Strong fit

Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, React
Multi-tenant SaaS and event-driven systems
Distributed engineering team leadership
Marketplace and SaaS product economics understanding
Comfortable in fast-moving startup environments

Python 3.12, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis
React, TypeScript, Tailwind
AWS ECS/Fargate, Terraform
Anthropic / multi-model AI infrastructure
MCP tooling, RAG, agentic workflows

More Info

Founding-team role
Milan-based preferred (2-3 days/week hybrid)
