A well-established real estate investment firm is seeking a Director of Investor Relations to lead investor operations and client service efforts. This role partners with senior leadership to oversee communications, reporting, and capital activity while driving process improvements. Accountabilities:

Investor Operations Oversight

• Lead core investor processes including onboarding, distributions, and ongoing account maintenance
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance adherence, and consistency across all investor records and reporting
• Review and approve investor-facing deliverables and transactions

Team Leadership & Optimization

• Manage, mentor, and scale a small investor relations team
• Establish efficient workflows, improve processes, and drive operational consistency
• Implement tools and automation to increase productivity and reduce manual effort

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, legal, and accounting to support investment activity
• Act as a key point of contact for complex investor matters and resolve escalations
• Support senior leadership with reporting, updates, and strategic initiatives

Background/Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in investor services, fund operations, or related fields
• Prior experience leading and developing teams
• Strong understanding of investor processes, systems, and reporting
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and advanced Excel skills
