We are looking for a candidate with strong knowledge of mutual fund servicing who can communicate effectively with clients and management at all levels. The ideal candidate is organized, able to manage multiple priorities, think independently, and maintain direct client relationships.

What you will be responsible for



As an Officer, you will:

• Manage relationships with client personnel


• Review and prepare client-related correspondence


• Partner with internal teams on client deliverables, including financial statements and daily Net Asset Value calculations


• Engage with clients regularly to address needs and questions


• Maintain strong working relationships with client contacts, including investment professionals, auditors, lawyers, and banking personnel


• Review and manage legal documents


• Special client projects


• Manage internal workflow and client deadlines

• 3-5 Years of Accounting experience


• 5-7 Years of Managing a team

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $113,750 Annual



The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
