A leading global asset manager is expanding its investment risk function and is seeking a Risk Manager specializing in Equities. The firm offers strong exposure across diverse equity strategies, a collaborative culture, and high visibility with senior stakeholders. This role is part of a strategic build-out of the risk team, focused on enhancing analytics and frameworks.

Sitting within the Equity Risk team, you'll partner closely with portfolio managers and senior leadership to deliver actionable risk insights. The role blends quantitative analysis with business impact, supporting both day-to-day oversight and long-term framework development.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex risk data into clear, actionable insights for PMs and executives
• Enhance risk analytics using Python, Power BI, and visualization tools
• Support implementation and validation of risk systems
  
• Identify emerging risks and strengthen overall risk oversight
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• 10+ years in equity/investment risk within asset management
• Strong expertise in factor models, volatility, and risk decomposition
• Experience with Aladdin, Barra, or similar platforms
• Technical skills in Python
  
• Quantitative or mathematical degree
  
• Excellent communication skills
