PSI Pax Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Management Analyst (PS Analyst) Journeyman to join our team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assists in applying analytical techniques to assess program and project objectives, including reviewing requirements, status, budgets, and schedules.
- Perform full life cycle Project Management in the areas of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling.
- Collects, organizes, and interprets project data associated with IDS Division.
- Assists with tracking program and project progress to ensure alignment with established timelines and budgets, following government-mandated documentation, change control, and data management processes.
- Supports more experienced analysts and contributes to the team's overall work in applying analytical techniques and methodologies.
- Responds to Division-level data calls, consolidating responses across projects/contracts and validating data accuracy.
- Interface with GPLs and Government client organizations to coordinate and complete all project processes from requirements through delivery.
- Support customer activities, coordinate status meetings, and produce detailed reports used by the team and management.
- Tailor standard tools to best support specific project reporting, continuous analysis, complex problem-solving, and the rebalancing of requirements throughout the duration of assigned projects.
- Monitors project milestones, track action items, identify risks, and provide status updates to Government customers.
- Support development of project schedules and cost estimates
- Support risk identification, analysis, and mitigation strategies
- Support GPL in hardware and service contract requirements which includes interfacing with services and estimating incremental funding requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills required
- In depth understanding of MS Excel
- Be able to perform successfully in complex, unstructured situations.
- On-Site St.Inigoes support is required
- DoD Clearance.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years' experience in functional area above and a bachelor's degree.
- Or at least 7 years' experience in functional area above and an Associate's degree.
- Or at least 9 years of experience and a High School Diploma
- Of the required 3 years of experience, at least 2 years of experience required in a business or technical position in a project management role. Demonstrated ability to initiate and plan projects risks, tracking, and defining mitigations.
