ABOUT PRECISIONLENDER PrecisionLender is the relationship pricing and profitability platform trusted by commercial banks and financial institutions to win better deals, grow profitable relationships, and make smarter decisions at the point of negotiation. Our platform combines real-time pricing intelligence, market benchmarking, and AI-assisted guidance to help bankers structure deals that are good for their customers and good for their institution.

Our product suite includes analytics, a virtual coach, and a skills suite - purpose-built to give bankers the insights they need to price relationships confidently and profitably.
SUMMARY

This Product Manager will own the strategy, roadmap, and governance for PrecisionLender's Q2 Assistant Platform , spanning existing Skills capabilities and an emerging suite of AI-powered agents. The role will define how the platform evolves, prioritize and sequence new capabilities, establish standards for platform quality and governance, and ensure custom and core experiences meet a consistent bar. Working closely with Data, Engineering, Delivery, Sales, and Customer Success, this leader will translate client and business needs into a scalable AI platform strategy, align stakeholders around a clear vision, and help shape how AI capabilities are responsibly brought to market.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, sequencing, and lifecycle for PrecisionLender's Q2 Assistant Platform, including Skills and AI-powered agents.
• Define product strategy based on customer needs, market trends, business objectives, and regulatory considerations.
• Establish governance and quality standards for core and custom platform capabilities.
• Develop business cases, pricing, packaging, forecasts, and investment recommendations for new capabilities.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Owners, and Data teams to prioritize work and move capabilities from discovery through GA.
• Monitor adoption, performance, financial results, and customer feedback to guide investment and improvement.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data, Delivery, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Operations.
• Represent Q2 Assistant with customers, prospects, executives, and industry stakeholders, clearly communicating product vision and value.

Experience & Knowledge

Required

• 5+ years of relevant product management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience owning strategy and roadmap for a platform or suite of related capabilities.
• Experience with AI-powered products, conversational assistants, agents, or similar intelligent software.
• Background in commercial banking, financial services, B2B SaaS, or another regulated industry.
• Experience establishing product governance, prioritization, and quality standards across teams.
• Technical fluency to partner with Engineering and Data on platform architecture, data quality, and AI/LLM-based systems.
• Experience developing business cases, pricing/packaging strategies, and investment recommendations.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience governing AI or client-facing custom capabilities in regulated environments.
• Experience with Pendo or similar product analytics tools.
• Active use of AI tools within product management workflows.

This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
