A bit about the job

You'll be part of our Agency & Commission team, supporting Financial Advisers and colleagues across Aviva. Your role is all about delivering excellent service, handling queries, and helping people navigate our Life products.

You'll be trained to become an expert in our systems and services, so you can confidently manage complex requests. It's a role that brings real value to our customers and helps us deliver on our promise of care, commitment, community, and confidence.

Skills and experience we're looking for

• You're a natural communicator - warm, clear and confident, whether you're chatting on the phone or writing an email.
• You ask the right questions at the right time - getting to the heart of what our customers need, and making sure they feel heard.
• You're a team player - learning from those around you and sharing your own knowledge to help us deliver brilliant service together.
• You're comfortable with digital tools - and you know how they can make things quicker and easier for our customers.
• You bring a positive, can-do attitude - even when conversations get tricky, you stay calm, clear and focused on finding a way forward.

• Starting salary of £26,700
• Bonus opportunity - 6% (A & B grade) of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
