  • Risk Analysis: Analyse and prioritise vulnerabilities by criticality and potential impact to the organisation.
  • Remediation Coordination: Work with IT, development, and other teams to develop and implement timely remediation plans.
  • Reporting: Produce clear reports on assessment findings, risk analysis, and remediation status.
  • Threat Intelligence: Stay current on emerging threats and vulnerabilities and apply this to continuously improve our vulnerability management programme.
  • Compliance: Ensure activities meet relevant regulatory requirements and support related audits.

Who are we looking for?

  • 5-7 years' experience in vulnerability management, ideally within financial services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field; certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or OSCP are highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of vulnerability assessment tools (e.g. Nessus, Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7) and network/application security practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives to completion

What we offer you:

  • Private pension plan - 10% of base salary contribution by Berenberg
  • Generous 30 day holiday allowance
  • Private Health Insurance
