FP&A Analyst
A leading UK organisation is looking for an ambitious FP&A Analyst to join its growing Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded analyst who enjoys working with data, developing reporting solutions, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.
Working closely with the FP&A and Commercial Finance teams, you'll play a key role in developing insightful dashboards, improving reporting processes, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and providing analysis that drives business performance.

Key responsibilities include:
- Building, maintaining and enhancing automated dashboards and financial reporting packs.
- Developing meaningful visualisations and KPIs to support business performance.
- Analysing large datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes.
- Assisting with pricing models, tenders, contract renewals and commercial analysis.
- Improving reporting processes through automation and continuous system enhancements.
- Working closely with Finance Business Partners and key stakeholders across the organisation.
- Delivering ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- About You
You'll ideally have:
- Part-qualified ACCA, CIMA or equivalent (or relevant analytical experience with a genuine interest in finance).
- Experience in FP&A, financial analysis, management reporting or a similar analytical finance role.
- Strong experience working with large datasets and producing dashboards or reports.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data modelling, PivotTables and advanced formulas.
- Experience using Power BI, Tableau or similar visualisation tools.
- Knowledge of SQL, Adaptive Planning or other finance/reporting systems would be advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- A proactive approach with a passion for automation and process improvement.
