An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing Reward Advisory team, helping leading organisations navigate complex reward and remuneration challenges while working directly with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

What makes this opportunity stand out?

Advise on executive remuneration, equity incentives and reward strategy

Work closely with senior leadership teams and Remuneration Committees

Design and review share plans, LTIPs and cash-based incentive arrangements

Be involved in corporate transactions, governance and ESG-related reward matters

Develop commercial skills through business development and client relationship management

Mentor and develop junior team members whilst progressing your own career

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and structuring equity and cash-based incentive plans

• Advising on executive compensation and reward strategy

• Employee share plans and wider workforce reward programmes

• Corporate governance and remuneration reporting

• Reward implications of mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions

• Pay and benefits benchmarking

• Tax, accounting and commercial considerations relating to reward structures

• Contributing to business development, thought leadership and client proposals

Who We're Looking For

• Professional Services or In-House Reward Functions

Qualifications such as CTA, ACA, ATT or Legal would be advantageous.
