Our client, a leading commodity trading firm, is looking to hire a Settlements Analyst to join their team in London.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Preparing, validating and issuing commodity sales and purchase invoices, ensuring accuracy against contractual terms.
2. Managing payments, FX settlements, margin calls, collateral and aged receivables.
3. Investigating and resolving settlement breaks, invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
4. Maintaining accurate counterparty, settlement and banking data within the ETRM system.
5. Supporting ETRM enhancements, UAT, process automation and wider process improvement initiatives.

You will need to have the following:

1. 2+ years' experience in commodity settlements.
2. Experience within LNG, natural gas, power or wider commodity trading.
3. Experience using an ETRM system such as EOS, Endur, Allegro or similar.
4. Strong Excel skills with excellent attention to detail and analytical ability.
5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced trading environment.
