Interim Commercial Paralegal




London/Cambridge | Full-time office based | Initial 3-month interim contract (day rate)



I'm working with a fast-growing organisation operating at the cutting edge of the defence and aerospace technology sector, looking for an experienced
Commercial Paralegal to join its legal team on an initial 3-month interim basis.



You'll be:

• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating customer/supplier contracts and NDAs


• Supporting the development of legal templates and playbooks


• Working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers


• Helping shape the legal function as the business scales

What we're looking for:

• Law degree


• 2-3+ years' paralegal experience


• Strong supplier/commercial contracts experience


• Exposure to Company Secretarial matters


• Confident working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
