About the Role
The Associate Recruiting Coordinator - Graduates is an integral member of Latham's Associate Recruiting team. This role is responsible for supporting all aspects of graduate and trainee recruitment in London-from attraction and campus engagement through assessment, hiring, onboarding, and program delivery. The Coordinator will provide operational support to recruiting leadership and committees, while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance recruiting processes and the overall candidate experience. This role will be located in our London office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

About the Role
The Associate Recruiting Coordinator - Graduates is an integral member of Latham's Associate Recruiting team. This role is responsible for supporting all aspects of graduate and trainee recruitment in London-from attraction and campus engagement through assessment, hiring, onboarding, and program delivery. The Coordinator will provide operational support to recruiting leadership and committees, while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance recruiting processes and the overall candidate experience. Responsibilities & Qualifications
Other key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining recruiting systems and data quality; developing materials and presentations; monitoring budgets and activity effectiveness; and preparing relevant statistics and reports
- Coordinating selection, assessment, and program logistics, including scheduling, candidate communications, participants, supervisors, mentors, presenters, orientation, and events
- Planning and supporting regional recruiting programs, which include vacation schemes, open days, first-year programs, campus ambassador programs, work-experience initiatives, and assessment centers
- Coordinating law fairs and other external recruiting activities; maintaining relationships with campus societies, vendors, and other recruiting partners and representing the firm at events as appropriate
- Leading the Campus Ambassador Program
We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Display well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively at all organisational levels and work well in a team with a customer-service focus
- Demonstrate the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion, strong analytical skills with minimal supervision, and attention to detail for quality assurance
- Possess organisational skills to manage time, prioritize tasks, handle multiple deadlines, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and interview platforms
And have:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in legal recruitment or professional services
