What They're Looking For

• 2-4 years' PQE with strong corporate transactional experience


• Background in cross-border M&A and/or private equity work


• Excellent technical and drafting skills with sound commercial judgment


• Strong academic credentials


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional client service
