We're looking for Support Workers in Bristol to join our team.

About the role

As a Support Worker, you'll support people in ways that make sense to them and reflect their preferences, needs and what matters most in their lives. This might include:

• Supporting people to build everyday skills at home
• Helping people get out and about, spend time with others and be part of their local community
• Providing personal support, including help with medication when needed

Support is always person-centred and focused on enabling people to live full, ordinary lives.

A full, clean UK driving licence is ideal for this role.

Pay and benefits

• £12.71 - £12.87 per hour
• Sleep-ins paid at £60 per night (in addition to basic pay)
