What you'll do

As a Credit & Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) Reporting Manager, you'll deliver regulatory submissions for credit and CCR. You'll also be responsible for producing disclosures and reporting for external publication, and for presenting these outcomes to senior stakeholders for approval. Moreover, you'll provide value-add commentary and service to key stakeholders and customers.

Additionally, your role will involve:

• Assisting with regulatory change projects relating to Credit Risk and CCR to ensure compliance with new regulatory requirements
• Identifying and implementing solutions to streamline reporting, and driving efficiencies through others
• Reviewing and challenging data inputs, and ensuring the controlled production of working files to deadlines, while maintaining a robust team control environment

The skills you'll need

To succeed in this role, you'll need experience working in a regulatory reporting environment, with good technical knowledge of the regulatory reporting rules for Credit Risk and CCR. With a responsive and adaptable nature, you must also have the ability to manage changing requirements from customers and stakeholders while prioritising your own workload.

• Strong stakeholder management skills
• The ability to use your existing network to build and maintain effective working relationships
