IT Risks & Control Manager: We're looking for an experienced IT Risk and Controls Manager to join or Information Secrity Governance, Risk and Compliance team. In this senior specialist role, yo'll lead the identification, assessment, management and reporting of IT risks across Ageas, helping ensre technology risks are clearly nderstood, docmented and managed in line with or risk appetite.

Reporting to the Governance, Risk and Compliance Lead, yo'll own the IT risk register, facilitate senior IT risk discssions and provide clear, high-qality reporting for governance forms and second-line risk teams.

Main Responsibilities as IT Risks & Control Manager:

Lead IT risk and control assessments sing recognised frameworks sch as ISO/IEC 71 and NIST-aligned controls.

Own and maintain the IT risk register, ensring risks, controls and treatment plans are accrate and p to date.

Assess the design and effectiveness of IT controls and spport timely remediation, acceptance or escalation of risks.

Facilitate IT risk meetings with senior technology leaders, providing clear insight and practical recommendations.

Prodce meaningfl risk reporting covering trends, control effectiveness and key isses for governance forms.

Spport internal and external adits by providing evidence aligned to recognised control frameworks.

Work with Secrity Architectre, Engineering and Operations teams to ensre risks are managed throgh effective, proportionate controls.

Skills and experience yo need as IT Risks & Control Manager:

Strong experience in IT risk management, technology risk or information secrity risk.

Good knowledge of IT control frameworks, particlarly ISO/IEC 71 and NIST-aligned controls.

Experience maintaining IT risk registers and working with GRC tools.

Confidence facilitating senior stakeholder discssions and governance meetings.

Ability to translate technical risk and control isses into clear, decision-ready insight.

A pragmatic, strctred and risk-based approach, with strong attention to detail.

It wold be great if yo also have -

Certifications sch as CRISC, CISM, CISSP or ISO 71 Lead Implementer/Aditor.

Experience working in a reglated or high-assrance environment.

Experience mapping controls across ISO 71, NIST and internal frameworks.
