Working Environment and Location

  • This position is hybrid and will require you to be onsite 2 days per week in our Addlestone, United Kingdom office.

Purpose and Scope

  • This position will report directly to the Head of SBM (Strategic Brand Marketing), Precision Medicine, and will work closely with cross-functional partners, including Medical & Development (M&D), Companion Diagnostics (CDx), Global Brand Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, Market Access, and other functions, to support the successful launch of diagnostic solutions.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Strategy Lead for Select Biomarkers / Indications - Develop and lead Precision Medicine Strategy for select biomarker programs (e.g. CLDN18.2 for Pancreatic Cancer & KRAS) including Commercial CDx partner evaluation, PM strategic plan / iGBP, launch planning, core global materials, KEEs, DTE and coordination with other PM colleagues to ensure implementation and localization in key geographies.
  • US Support: late-stage Biomarkers / Indications - oversee pull through of Precision Medicine launch/commercialization strategy including DTE, market research, ad boards, material development and MLR review.
  • Global PM Above Brand Lead - CDx Partner commercial governance, cross-functional stakeholder management, Precision Medicine Enterprise strategy/metric development, diagnostic testing education (DTE) development process, Pathologist KEE strategy and Global channel strategy for affiliate adoption of Global diagnostic strategy.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Molecular Biology or other scientific discipline or equivalent.
  • Lead commercial assessment of diagnostic opportunities, including recommendations, companion diagnostic platform evaluations, commercialization planning, and collaboration with industry, academic, and government partners.
  • Provide diagnostic and precision medicine leadership across Global and US teams, developing and implementing precision medicine strategies, marketing plans, and operational frameworks for affiliates.
  • Drive diagnostic insights and commercial integration by partnering with Commercial Insights, shaping global diagnostic strategies, and defining KPIs, scorecards, and performance tracking for biomarker and indication programs.
  • Lead external engagement and communication initiatives, including agency management, scientific narratives, messaging development, and Global Key External Expert (KEE) steering committees to inform diagnostic strategy.
  • Oversee the development and evolution of precision medicine capabilities, including the virtual Pathology Account Manager (vPAM) program, Enterprise Precision Medicine Ecosystem, and alignment with global and local market execution.
  • Support US implementation of Global Precision Medicine strategies through localization, market research, advisory boards, material development, and compliance-focused execution, while ensuring adherence to ethics and compliance standards for interactions with healthcare stakeholders.
