Our client is looking Senior HSE Manager to join a team global environment, where you'll lead the charge in creating safer, healthier, and more sustainable workplaces. You'll drive our zero-harm vision, reduce risks, and eliminate serious incidents across our operations worldwide. Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership:

Help shape and implement our global HSE strategy, focusing on risk reduction and zero serious injuries/fatalities (SIF).
Step in as the primary HSE leader when the Group VP is unavailable.
Lead HSE audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews-identifying gaps and recommending solutions.
Investigate serious incidents, find root causes, and implement preventive actions.

Risk Management & Compliance:

dvise business units on best practices, safety standards, and risk controls.
Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations.
Drive continuous improvement through training, behavioral safety programs, and best practices.

Projects & Collaboration:

Manage HSE projects from start to finish-on time and within budget.
Partner with internal teams (operations, HR, leadership) and external agencies (regulators, industry groups).
nalyze incident trends, prepare reports, and share lessons learned across the business.
Help develop and roll out HSE training programs to build a stronger safety culture.

Basic Qualifications:
Education: Degree or diploma in HSE, Engineering, or a related field .
Experience:

8+ years in HSE, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
5+ years in heavy industries (ports, logistics, manufacturing, or similar).
Proven track record in incident investigations, risk management, and training.
Experience in Global organization.
Industry - Port & terminal Industry is desired however other industries are welcome.
