Work you'll do
As a PROJECT - Delivery Management Engineer III on the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) team, you will be responsible for supporting acquisition logistics planning and execution across program teams and stakeholders.
- Develop and update lifecycle logistics documentation, including sustainment plans, logistics support summaries, training system plans, lifecycle cost estimates, funding summaries, logistics assessments, and milestone artifacts
- Support technical reviews, configuration control boards, integrated product teams, working groups, readiness reviews, engineering reviews, and logistics support meetings
- Manage logistics records, policy inputs, data calls, schedules, repositories, and collaboration tools
- Monitor readiness metrics, track sustainment and funding execution, coordinate action items, and prepare leadership briefings and program documentation
- Coordinate with technical and operational stakeholders on certifications, technical manuals, nomenclature updates, parts list updates, and configuration data files
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of specialized Department of Defense logistics experience, or master's degree and 3+ years of specialized experience
- Working knowledge of the 12 Program Support Manager Integrated Product Support elements
- Experience supporting acquisition logistics activities within a program office or similar organization
- Experience supporting logistics planning, sustainment, readiness metrics, data calls, meeting coordination, schedule management, and action-item tracking
- Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- 3+ years of direct logistics support experience for an acquisition program office or similar organization
- Experience with logistics systems, enterprise resource planning tools, product support tools, data environments, and training or maintenance platforms
- Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification in Logistics or Program Management
- Experience supporting defense-related logistics or sustainment organizations
