Job Title:ServiceNow CSM Implementation Consultant
Location: UK based (remote)
Salary/Rate: £350-400 per day inside IR35
Start Date: 3-4 weeks

We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled ServiceNow CSM Implementation Consultant to join their team on a remote basis.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives
You will be responsible for configuring and implementing ServiceNow CSM solutions, collaborating with technical teams, supporting upgrades and integrations, and ensuring best practices and governance standards are followed within an Agile environment.

• Configure and customise the ServiceNow platform during Agile sprints.
• Partner with Platform Administrators and development teams to implement solutions and enhancements.
• Share technical knowledge, best practices, and platform governance standards with stakeholders.
• Support platform upgrades, deployments, integrations, and ongoing optimisation activities.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development and implementation best practices.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Technical Consulting experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow CSM solutions.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform customisation, workflows, business rules, integrations, and case management.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
