We are looking for experienced Senior Managers and Directors to join or thriving and award- winning energy and water team.



Or Energy and Water practice is a dynamic, award-winning team of experts dedicated to tackling the tilities sector's most pressing and pblic facing challenges, inclding driving the transition to Net Zero.



Or clients across the sector rely on or deep indstry experience, knowledge and insight copled with a hands-on, pragmatic delivery approach to solve their challenges inclding in Retail Energy, spporting clients with market reform, cstomer operations, and net zero strategies; Energy Networks, enabling decarbonisation throgh policy, strategy, innovation, and digital soltions across electricity & gas, system operations; and Water, helping organisations shift the perception of water, highlighting its vale, adopt sstainable practices, and digitally transform operations to benefit cstomers, society, and investors




What yo will be doing



This is an exciting opportnity for entreprenerial-minded consltants who are excited at the possibility of joining and helping grow or existing energy and water team who deliver a fndamentally different experience for or clients and employees. As a privately held LLP, this position offers the ftre possibility of admission to an eqity Partnership with sstained high-performance.

Yo will be a trsted advisor for or clients helping them identify, assess, design and implement soltions to their most complex bsiness challenges.

Yo will be responsible for scoping and delivering complex mlti-faceted change programmes nder challenging market conditions.

Yo will work freqently in indstry within high visibility areas, leading blended project teams of Baringa and client personnel.

Yo will be part of or practice's leadership team, driving bsiness development activities and go-to-market strategy.

Yor skills and experience



Or Senior Manager position reqires 8+ years of experience (Director 1+ years) in a conslting role with extensive experience within the tilities sector. We are seeking experienced indstry professionals who have deep management conslting experience and a crios personality with a track record of:

Sccessflly contribting to bilding and growing trsted client relationships at senior levels.

Shaping, bilding, nrtring and leading sccessflly blended teams of clients and consltants.

Delivering complex client engagements with tangible otcomes.

Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to drive bsiness development.

Strong commnication, leadership and presentation skills.

The ability to explain complex concepts to non-specialists.

We are particlarly looking for individals with experience or specialism in the following key areas:

Digital: We are excited to be at the forefront of emerging technologies that spport or clients to deliver the right soltions into their bsiness to drive both efficiency and performance. We are looking for individals who have experience in delivering digital, data platforms & soltions inclding AIin tilities.

Cstomer: We are passionate abot bilding a market that works for cstomers. We need people who nderstand how complex processes work across cstomer metering, billing, and debt management from a systems, process and reglatory perspective and how to improve them.

Field Services: We are helping or clients bild workforces of the ftre that serve both the cstomer and network operators needs as efficiently and effectively as possible. Whether that be from installing a meter in a cstomer's home or maintenance and repairing of network assets. We are looking for individals that have experience in field service transformation to enable performance improvement and net zero delivery.

Network Infrastrctre: Significant investment is reqired across tilities to maintain energy and water services to cstomers in a safe, reliable and sstainable way. We help or clients invest in the right assets, at the right time, at the right cost and spporting net zero ambitions. We are looking for individals with experience in shaping, delivery & digital enablement of asset management & capital delivery programmes in tilities.

Energy Distribtion: As we transition to net zero we are delighted to help or clients progress on this jorney. We are looking for individals with knowledge of DSO, flexibility markets or grid connection process and relevant indstry reforms to strengthen or existing expert team.

Or main focs for these roles is across the K & Ireland markets, bt experience in Astralia, the S or Continental Erope wold also be sefl, as we look to contine to grow or international presence.
