Abot the role:



The Operational Resilience Governance Manager and play a key role in shaping, coordinating and enhancing the Grop's Operational Resilience Framework. This is an exciting opportnity to contribte to a strategically important capability within a growing resilience fnction, helping to ensre the organisation can contine to deliver critical services to clients, advisers and stakeholders in the face of disrption.



Working at the heart of the Operational Resilience and Bsiness Continity team, yo will be responsible for maintaining and evolving governance arrangements that spport the Grop's resilience objectives. Acting as a central point of coordination across mltiple bsiness areas, yo will bring together information, insights and activities from across the organisation to ensre resilience risks, vlnerabilities and remediation plans are effectively identified, monitored and reported


What yo'll be doing:

Provide oversight and coordination of or Operational Resilience and Bsiness Continity systems.

Coordinate the annal Operational Resilience Assrance programme.

Identify and review Important Bsiness Services and Impact Tolerances.

Prodce high-qality resilience reports for exectives and committees.

Maintain oversight of resilience risks, vlnerabilities, and remediation plans.

Coordinate evidence for the Grop Operational Resilience Self-Assessment.

Spport oversight of Material Third Parties and sppliers.

Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor operational resilience.

Facilitate bsiness engagement and training activities.

Contribte to internal forms and governance meetings.

Spport major incident preparedness and response activities.

Yo combine strong technical nderstanding with excellent stakeholder management skills, enabling yo to bridge the gap between bsiness and technology teams while ensring resilience reqirements are nderstood, embedded and effectively delivered.

Yo have the confidence and credibility to bild trsted relationships, challenge constrctively, and inflence decisions that improve the resilience of critical services and processes.



With a strong nderstanding of operational resilience principles, yo are experienced in identifying and managing technology and operational dependencies, assessing vlnerabilities, and spporting the development of frameworks, governance processes and remediation plans. Yo are comfortable interpreting complex information and translating it into practical recommendations that help the organisation strengthen its resilience capabilities while meeting reglatory expectations.


Essential Criteria:

Experience in governance and oversight of operational resilience frameworks.

Proven ability to prodce high-qality reports and insights.

Expertise in coordinating assrance programmes and resilience reporting.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Recognised professional accreditation in bsiness continity, operational resilience or a related discipline, preferably MBCI, or eqivalent depth of professional experience.

Desirable Criteria:

Familiarity with reglatory expectations and internal standards.

Experience in bsiness continity planning and incident response.

Knowledge of dependency mapping and vlnerability tracking.

Ability to engage and train bsiness teams effectively.
