In this role we will give you a full training package to upskill you to provide quality care across all our services in the West Cornwall area. Flexibility and adaptability are crucial skills for working in this fast-paced environment.



The team will be a skilled and experienced workforce that provides consistency, continuity and quality of care. You'll work across West Cornwall. Rostering will include one on call week in four, where you will work closely with our on call managers to cover shifts.




A full UK manual driving licence and access to a car is needed for this role.

• To empower the people we support to live the lives they want to lead


• To develop daily living skills.


• Support the people we support to access their communities for socialisation, employment, training or friendships


• To contribute to, develop and implement the individuals care plans.


• To communicate effectively and professionally with people we support, their family members, and external professionals.


• Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support


• A driving licence is essential for this role.
