What will yor role be?



The role will typically involve thefollowing activities:




Workload

Track the generation and sbseqent pdates of Statements of Work (SoW), ensring high qality workload data is provided

Ensre the bsiness management toolset (iBridge) contains crrent workload forecast data to spport meaningfl resorce allocation




Schedle

Captre and monitor a fll set of schedled milestones for a Programme area

Maintain smmary schedles (i.e. Domain Schedle and its associated lines of the department level engineering plan), taking clear inpts from Heads of Activity (HoA)




Performance

Generate and record KPI data for monitoring and reporting Domain performance

Analyse KPI data and lanch/co-ordinate a detailed root case analysis and plan for recovery


Risk and Opportnity management

Oversee the application of the department Risk & Opportnity management plan within the Domain

Review and analyse data held in the Airbs Risk Management database to assre appropriate risk mitigation




Finance

Maintain an p to date released bdget stats nder configration control to spport sbseqent bdget plifts via the change process

Review discrepancies between actal and planned spend, manage reporting and recovery actions

Review weekly hors bookings, challenging miss-booking/failre to book and other anomalies




Sb-contracting

Spport all aspects of offload administration, inclding Domain offload order volmes, PO raising / amendments, GRs, order closedown,etc

Monitor the sb-contracting Task Card Tracker and assre data integrity

Maintain the Domain's offload plan, consolidating offload reqirements for all sppliers/packaged work sppliers




General topics

Promote deployment of department OMS modles within the Domain, providing feedback from the operational teams

se of any applicable IT toolsets that can improve on the crrent ways of working and spport the team in moving towards efficient, digital processes

Manage all actions allocated to the Domain, ensring qality otcomes on schedle

Bring new ideas to improve ways of working
