For our growing Facility Management organisation at a client Geneva we are looking for a:



Multi Skilled Technician:



Key Responsibilities



• HVAC maintenance



• Electrical maintenance



• Multi-skilled technical interventions



• Contractor and service provider supervision



• CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) updates and intervention reporting



• Compliance with HSE and safety regulations



Required Technical Skills



HVAC:



• Air Handling Units (AHUs)



• Air conditioning systems



• Ventilation systems



• Chillers and refrigeration equipment



• Hydraulic networks



Electrical:



• Low-voltage electrical troubleshooting



• Electrical diagram reading and interpretation



• Electrical distribution boards



• Lighting and power distribution systems



IT Skills:



• CMMS software



• Microsoft Office Suite



Required Profile



• CFC diploma or equivalent technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Heating Systems, Maintenance, Automation, or a related field.



• Minimum of 3 years' experience in multi-technical maintenance within commercial, industrial, or facility management environments.



• OIBT Article 15 certification is a strong advantage.
