Assistant(e) juridique - CDD

Au sein du département Juridique Banque, vous travaillerez dans une petite équipe comprenant 3 assistantes et une dizaine de juristes.

VOTRE MISSION :

• Support administratif aux juristes du département, et plus particulièrement aux juristes chargées du traitement des successions et des mesures de protection
• Gestion autonome de diverses tâches, telles que préparation de courriers à divers intervenants ou autorités (Tribunaux, notaires ou exécuteurs testamentaires), facturation, etc.
• Tâches administratives usuelles d'un secrétariat

VOTRE PROFIL :

• Formation commerciale, avec des notions juridiques
• Personne proactive, autonome, précise et flexible, ayant l'esprit d'équipe
• Organisé(e) et méthodique, ayant le sens des responsabilités
• Expérience dans le domaine bancaire ou juridique un atout
• Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Maîtrise du français, avec de bonnes connaissances d'anglais
• Domicile en Suisse (nationalité Suisse ou permis valable)
