Your new role

• To achieve agreed individual financial and non-financial targets by acquiring, growing, and retaining profitable Medium Enterprise customers (~SGD30-200M STO) within acceptable risk parameters
• Trade-focused lending
• Contribute towards achieving the team's overall target and delivering optimal portfolio return
• Collaborate and build effective partnerships with other Relationship Managers, Credit Analysts, Team Managers, Segment Heads, as well as colleagues in CDD teams and partners in Risk, Compliance, other support functions, and Product

What you'll need to succeed

• University Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in serving commercial/corporate clients and a track record in new-to-bank client acquisitions
• Excellent financial analysis skills and ability to assess client creditworthiness and key risk considerations / mitigations
• Sound product knowledge in Trade, Cash Management, Lending, FX and wealth solutions with experience in cross-selling these products and solutions
• Knowledge in operational procedures, documentation requirements, banking practices and regulations related to commercial banking
