Job Description
You will be in the Quality Assurance (QA) team to establish QA reports via an automated approach to ensure compliance to regulatory and UOB internal policy standards. At the same time, you will need to handle all the audit, compliance, KRCSA, OR monitoring and reporting. Key focus on the QA automation to cover PFS segment; which includes approval, and credit management/collections aspects.
Process improvement projects will be part of the job scope.
You will directly report to Head of Surveillance, Control and Reporting in Group Credit Retail.

Requirements
- Relevant Experience on Retail Credit areas for 2 years+. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- Good working knowledge in Retail Banking Operations, Credit Approval, Credit Approval and Credit Management/Collections
- Strong programming skills (e.g. SAS, Python, VBA) & analytical skills. Highly preferred.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (including report writing skill) with ability to explain the outcomes to stakeholders
- Innovative and results oriented
