About Our Client

Our client is a start-up company in Singapore funded by an established Family Office. They have existing accounts and network of clients that require corporate secretary services. If you are RQI qualified and is ready to take on leadership roles, you are welcome to apply.

Job Description

• Manage and maintain statutory records and registers in compliance with legal requirements.
• Manage a portfolio of 30 accounts and onboard more clients in the existing network.
• Prepare and file necessary corporate documentation, including resolutions and annual returns.
• Coordinate board meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and corporate governance standards.
• Act as a point of contact for regulatory authorities and stakeholders.
• Provide advice on company law and governance matters to stakeholders.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing company policies and procedures.
• Support the secretarial and business support department with ad-hoc tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Secretary should have:

• RQI
• Proven experience in corporate secretarial work within the professional services industry.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance requirements in Singapore.
• Other relevant professional qualifications or certifications in corporate secretarial practice is a plus.
