Senior Assistant (with French)

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and service-minded professional to join our team and support the daily activities of our Partners based in France. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth coordination of business and administrative tasks, acting as a trusted partner and providing high-quality support in a dynamic international environment. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, manage priorities, coordinate meetings and communications, and contribute to the efficient execution of day-to-day operations.

The salary for this position ranges from PLN 10 000 to PLN 12 000 gross/month (UoP), depending on the candidate's relevant experience, skill set, level of expertise and overall fit for the role. Additional factors such as industry background, technical competencies and interview performance may also influence the final offer. The compensation package at Simon-Kucher CBS consists of a gross base salary, a monthly remote work allowance and an annual bonus. The bonus is paid in December and is based on the results of a 360-degree performance evaluation.

How you will create an impact:

• Manage and maintain schedules (Outlook), including coordinating and scheduling meetings, conference calls with stakeholders from around the world.
• Arrange and coordinate travel, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
• Handle expenses, including reconciling expense reports and submitting invoices for payment.
• Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients and vendors, fielding inquiries and directing communication as appropriate.
• Entering data and proposals into the CRM system.

Your profile:

• You have excellent communication skills in French on a business level (C2) or you are native
• You have excellent communication skills in English on a business level (C1)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint and a general affinity for technology.
• Strong attention to detail and taking notes, also timeline reminders.
• Proactive approach and a strong focus on assistance and problem-solving.
• Proven experience providing executive-level support, preferred in consulting environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal competences.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
