CBRE Investment Management Central Europe is seeking a Senior Asset Management Analyst/ Junior Asset Manager to join the Asset Management team, based in Warsaw. You will work closely with Asset Managers to support the management, value enhancement, and operational performance of a retail real estate portfolio across Poland. You will have an opportunity to develop into an asset management role depending on your performance. Possibility to work on international projects in a medium term.
In this role will interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders (property managers, valuers, brokers, tenants, legal advisors, technical consultants, internal transactions and ESG teams, etc.) and will be responsible for the following tasks:

In this role will interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders (property managers, valuers, brokers, tenants, legal advisors, technical consultants, internal transactions and ESG teams, etc.) and will be responsible for the following tasks:
Key responsibilities:
- Update and monitor business plans for each asset.
- Coordinate the quarterly valuation process for assets
- Prepare quarterly investor reporting, including key asset KPIs and short/medium/long term strategic updates.
- Prepare materials for internal investment and capex committees (European Investment Committee) related to capex projects, refurbishments, developments, and disposals.
- Contribute to data quality management, reporting systems, and continuous process improvement.
- Provide analytical support for acquisition and disposal underwriting when required.
- Active support in the execution of the asset business plans under supervision of the asset managers.
- Takes part in the leasing process and maintenance/capex programs.
- Takes on asset or portfolio projects/processes such as valuation process, budgeting and portfolio analyses.
- Integrates the tasks of the Property Manager and local finance team with the asset management tasks
- Coordinates external valuation and does desk top valuation
- Manages cost reductions
- Reports asset management part in reporting, together with property accountant / analyst
- Manages and evaluates (in cooperation with portfolio manager) the performance of the local Property Manager(s)
- Has an active role in processing in close cooperation - and under the supervision of - the acquisition manager
- Conduct any other tasks relevant to asset management and administration in relationship with existing portfolio
- Reports to Head of Asset Management
Required Profile:
- University degree with a specialization in real estate, finance, economics, engineering or similar.
- Previous experience in real estate, ideally in asset management, valuations, or Investment.
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment and support Asset Managers on diverse tasks beyond core analytical responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently, and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical skills and thinking, and ability to set priorities.
- Natural way of working on various tasks in parallel with multiple stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent Polish and high level English are required.
- Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint;
