Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, finance transformation, or related roles
• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes and/or enterprise performance management
• Proven experience in leading f inance or GBS transformation initiatives
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and delivering complex transformation projects
• Background in shared services or GBS environments is an advantage
• Ability to structure complex business challenges and develop practical solutions
• Experience in people management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills , with confidence engaging senior executives
• Degree in finance, economics, business, or information systems

Language knowledge
• Polish (fluent)
• English (fluent)

As a Finance Transformation Manager , you will play a central role in shaping complex transformation programs. You'll combine deep finance expertise with consulting experience and a strong understanding of finance technologies to help CFO organizations redesign their operating models and deliver measurable impact .

What You Can Expect
• Lead finance transformation projects for Polish and international clients
• Design and deliver operating model transformations, including shared services, automation, and digital finance solutions ⚙
• Develop actionable transformation roadmaps and implementation plans
• Drive finance automation, digitalization, and process optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and technology experts
• Engage with CFOs, finance leaders, and transformation executives
• Mentor and develop consultants and senior consultants
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management
