Your Day-to-Day

• Be a Talent Strategist: Dive deep into our clients' business needs to create the perfect match between their expectations and our candidates' aspirations.
• Craft Compelling Stories: Turn job descriptions into attractive ads that stand out and resonate with top talent.
• Own the Recruitment Process: From screening and interviewing to shortlisting and coaching candidates, you'll be the driving force behind finding the right fit.
• Deliver an Exceptional Candidate Experience: Build meaningful relationships, guide candidates through the process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Be a Team Player: Collaborate with your peers, mentor junior team members, and contribute to our weekly business reviews.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Actively participate in client meetings and internal projects to refine our processes and deliver excellence.

What You Bring to the Table

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, consultancy, or customer relationship management. Experience in banking or financial services is a big plus!
• Proven ability to juggle priorities, manage high volumes, and thrive under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills-your energy is contagious!
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you're proactive, solution-oriented, and ready to take initiative.
• Fluent in French and English
