1. Expert Valation Delivery & Market Analysis

Monitor and analyze the local and GreaterRegion real estate market, acting as the main point of contact and expert onthese sbjects.

Analyzethe technical and legal aspects of real estate properties in fll atonomy.

Lead, perform evalations, and manage therevalation, in fll atonomy, of all types and classes of real estate assets(commercial and residential) in Lxemborg and the Greater Region by followingthe applicable rles and reglations.

Condct thorogh inspections and marketanalyses to determine the fair market vale of residential, commercial, orindstrial properties.

Monitormarket flctations and pdate valations to reflect crrent economicconditions.

Proactively offer insights on propertyinvestment potential, ftre growth prospects, and ways to enhance propertyvale.

Observeand proactively advise on residential market conditions.

. Valation Oversight, Reporting & Qality Assrance

Provide valation reports sed for mortgage approvals, refinancing, and asset management.

Draft valation reports: gather information, analyze, send, and follow p.

Review valations performed by external appraisers.

3. Risk Governance & Compliance

Implement risk management practices to continosly improve operational secrity, aligning with first line of defense principles.

Assist credit teams in strctring secre and viablelending soltions.

Yor skills:

Master's degree inFinance, Economics, Real Estate, or eqivalent experience.

At least 7 years of experience in the bankingsector or in a relevant position.

Flency in French and English. Any otherlangage is an asset.

Strong knowledge of Data Control &Analysis, Systems, and Laws & Reglations.

Excellent nderstanding of banking Prodcts& Services, Client Commnication, Monitoring & Reporting, andNegotiation.
