The Senior Credit Strctrer Wealth Management is responsible for assessing and evalating the feasibility of credit reqest and providing strctring soltions within acceptable credit / risk parameters, while developing the Bank's lending portfolio in line with the Bank's strategy and risk appetite.




Yor next challenge:

Analyse complex credit reqests in fll atonomy and develop and implement soltions within acceptable credit / risk parameters. Be the point of contact for these activities.

Ensre credit strctring / granting is aligned with Bank's Risk appetite, limits, Policy, and Procedres.

Provide the credit rating for reqests.

Within the Delegation Athority Framework, decide on complex credit files.

Responsible for bsiness development and revenes growth remaining within Bank's Risk Appetite.

Play a key role in credit approval process and ensre the implementation of credit files in line with the decision.

Check the data qality of the credit reqest (in the systems and in the credit sheet).

Proactively propose soltions to improve processes and data collection.

Follow p of the reglarization of the Margin Call and excess of max limit for Lombard Loan.

Train and gide on the varios processes and projects within the team; be able to convince and inflence others.

Ensre that all client-facing activities are efficiently exected and compliant with internal policies, reglatory reqirements, and indstry best practices.

Yor skills:

Master's degree in Economic, Finance or a related field, or an eqivalent experience.

At least 5 years of experience in the banking sector, or in a relevant position.

Flency in French and English. Any other langage is an asset.

Good nderstanding of Laws & Reglations, Tax, Data Collection & Analysis, and Systems.

Strong Knowledge of Credit Expertise, Garantees, Risk Assessment & Mitigation, and Negotiation.

Excellent nderstanding of Credit Prodcts Knowledge, and Policies & Procedres.

Atonomos and responsible, shows sond jdgement and corage when needed.

Effective and strctred commnication skills, both oral and written.

Positive mindset, open to growing and learning.
