We are looking for

Edcation: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Bsiness Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) is a pls.

Yo have a Master's degree in Economy, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field;

Experience: Minimm 5 years of experience in risk management within the asset management or financial services indstry.

Knowledge: Strong nderstanding of risk management reglations and gidelines (ESMA, CSSF, etc.). Familiarity with CITS and AIFs investment restrictions.

Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in risk management software and tools. Strong commnication and interpersonal skills.

Attribtes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to adapt to changing reglatory environments.

Flent/native speaker of English.Spanish and French also valable.

Yor role in the team

• Research and follow-p on the latest risk management reglationsand gidelines (ESMA Q&As, CSSF circlars and FAQ, etc.);

• Review of stattory Fnd docmentation (term sheets,prospectses, placement memoranda, etc.) and smmary of risk-relatedinformation for frther analysis;

• pdating of risk management procedres and policies;

• Performance of controls on investment restrictions (CITS andAIFs);

• Advising on risk management best practices for a broad range ofasset classes (PE, RE, debt, infrastrctre, liqid assets) incldingtransversal topics like Key Information Docments (KIDs) and valation methods;

• Development, testing and docmenting the otcomes of risksoltions, both while nder development and following rollot;

• Preparation and sbmission of risk reports on behalf of Clients;

• Other ad-hoc tasks, depending on the development of thereglatory framework applicable to IFMs from a risk management perspective.
