As an Intern in Non-Financial Risk Management, you will have an excellent opportunity to explore the risk management function of a banking institution and to gain valuable practical experience in an innovative company and dynamic team. You will be part of a multicultural team and be actively taking part in our processes, while we are offering you diverse, interesting, and above all challenging tasks.

Your responsibilities:

Gain insights through participating in the risk governance, measurement, controlling and reporting process

Support the identification of operational risks and business risks together with the business units and participate in the yearly review of operational and business risk scenarios

Generate analyses and documents to support analytics for risk management

Support the improvement of current processes

Investigate new developments on the market for risk management related topics

Participate in the maintenance of risk management tools and databases

Your profile:

You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree program with a recognized institution focusing on Business Administration or Risk Management, or a related field and can provide an internship agreement, OR have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months

You have a strong interest in the financial sector

You have the ability to work in a team and strong communication skills

You are competent at handling MS-Office applications (in particular MS Access and MS Excel), VBA knowledge for process automation in Microsoft office is considered a plus

You are familiar with Power BI for data visualization and Power Automate for workflow automation.

You are proficient in written and spoken English, German is considered a plus
