Our client is a high-quality boutique business law firm based in Luxembourg, advising a strong mix of international sponsors, entrepreneurs, corporates and financial institutions on complex and strategic matters.

Following continued growth, they are looking to hire a Corporate / M&A Lawyer (5-8 years' experience) to join their team.

You will be involved in a broad range of corporate and transactional work, including:

• Advising on the full lifecycle of corporate and M&A transactions for both local and international clients
• Working closely with entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, funds and financial institutions
• Coordinating cross-border matters with international counsel
• Taking on early responsibility with direct client exposure
• Supporting partners on business development initiatives

• Qualified lawyer with a Master's in Law (Lux qualification or equivalent preferred)
• 5-8 years' experience in corporate / M&A, ideally gained within a reputable Luxembourg law firm
• Strong technical skills and the ability to work autonomously on complex matters
• Fluent in French and English (German and/or Luxembourgish is an advantage)
• Commercial, pragmatic mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented, with a proactive and hands-on approach
