Job Description
We are seeking a Manager auditor for our Commerce, Industry & Public Sector (CIPS group):

What you will be working on
- You will work in a multicultural, international environment, collaborating with professionals from diverse backgrounds within one of the leading Big4 firms in Luxembourg.
- You will manage and oversee audit engagements for international groups and large entities operating across a broad range of sectors, including Consumer & Retail, Industrial Markets, Infrastructure, Healthcare, and Technology, Media & Telecommunications, as well as selected public sector entities.
- You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of consolidation engagements, including planning, execution, review and finalization of group consolidated financial statements under IFRS and US GAAP, in close cooperation with the Engagement Partner.
- You will act as a key point of contact for clients, coordinating with group finance teams, local and international component auditors, and internal specialists to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
- You will lead and coach engagement teams, review audit work performed by seniors and staff, and ensure compliance with ISA, Big4 methodology and Luxembourg regulatory requirements.
- You will manage budgets, timelines and resources, anticipate risks and issues, and propose pragmatic solutions to complex accounting and consolidation matters.
- You will contribute to business development initiatives, proposal writing and the identification of opportunities to expand services with existing and new clients.
- You will support the continuous improvement of audit quality, digital audit tools and methodology, while promoting knowledge sharing within the practice.
What we look for
- You hold a university degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting, and you have gained several years of professional experience in external audit, including exposure to consolidated audits in an international environment.
- You are professionally qualified or working towards a recognized qualification such as Réviseur d'Entreprises, Wirtschaftsprüfer (WP), ACCA or CPA.
- You have strong technical expertise in audit and consolidation of group financial statements under IFRS and US GAAP, preferably for groups operating in the commercial, industrial and public sector.
- You are client-focused, delivery-oriented and comfortable managing multiple engagements, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- You demonstrate strong people leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop teams in a high-performance environment.
- You are a curious, agile and proactive professional, eager to tackle complex topics, adapt to change and continuously develop through lifelong learning.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trusted relationships with clients, teams and partners.
- You are fluent in English, with French or German being mandatory (Luxembourgish is considered an asset).
