Strategic HR Leadership:
Required:

Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.

- Oversee performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure legal compliance in HR practices, including up-to-date employee handbooks and policies.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including interviews, selection tools, and onboarding.
- Conduct learning needs assessments and deliver targeted training programs.
- Lead succession planning and career development initiatives.
- Maintain a performance appraisal system aligned with regional standards.
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and benefits administration.
- Foster employee engagement through internal communications and culture initiatives.
- Manage insurance programs in compliance with local and global requirements.
- Ensure HR policies adhere to Japanese labor laws and internal regulations.
- Oversee office management and employee well-being initiatives.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree (any field).
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
- Background in multinational financial industry, fast-paced organizations.
- Expertise in HR best practices and Japanese employment laws.
- Fluency in English and Japanese ( written and verbal).

- Prior experience as HR Generalist that includes Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development (L&D), Compensation & Benefits (C&B), and HR Operations.
- Experience in financial services or related industries.
