• s the HR Manager, you will align business objectives with people strategy by partnering with leadership and employees. This role serves as an HR Subject Matter Expert, Change Agent, and People Champion.
• Reporting to the HR Head, you will collaborate with Japan leadership and regional HR teams to set priorities, promote company culture, and drive business results. Your primary focus will be implementing HR strategies tailored to the Japan market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic HR Leadership:

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• dvise senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Oversee performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure legal compliance in HR practices, including up-to-date employee handbooks and policies.
• nalyze HR metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

Talent Acquisition & Development

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including interviews, selection tools, and onboarding.
• Conduct learning needs assessments and deliver targeted training programs.
• Lead succession planning and career development initiatives.
• Maintain a performance appraisal system aligned with regional standards.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Oversee compensation benchmarking and benefits administration.
• Foster employee engagement through internal communications and culture initiatives.
• Manage insurance programs in compliance with local and global requirements.

Operations & Compliance:

• Ensure HR policies adhere to Japanese labor laws and internal regulations.
• Oversee office management and employee well-being initiatives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:

• Bachelor's degree (any field).
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Background in multinational financial industry, fast-paced organizations.
• Expertise in HR best practices and Japanese employment laws.
• Fluency in English and Japanese ( written and verbal).

• Prior experience as HR Generalist that includes Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development (L&D), Compensation & Benefits (C&B), and HR Operations.
