Posizione

we are looking for a

Solutions Architect

who can combine deep technological expertise with strong leadership and client management skills. You will join a multidisciplinary team with the goal of leading the design and development of dynamic, modular, and data-driven experiences.

In this role, you will serve as the technical and methodological point of reference for the development team and as the strategic liaison with our end clients, formulating innovative architectural proposals and overseeing project delivery.

Responsibilities and Key Activities

• Technical Leadership & Mentoring : Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary development teams, establish development best practices, conduct code reviews, and support the professional growth of team members.
• Client Advisory & Solution Design : Interact directly with clients to gather business requirements, translate them into technical requirements (AI-driven requirements"), and formulate robust and scalable architectural and cost proposals.
• Project & Delivery Management: Independently manage projects from both a technological and managerial perspective, ensuring adherence to timelines, code quality, and security standards.
• Architectural Governance: Oversee the integration of advanced interactive interfaces with agent-based systems, LLM orchestrators, and heterogeneous data sources, ensuring a composable design" approach.

Requisiti

• 5+ years of experience in roles similar to the one described and/or a strong technical background in relevant technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) - mandatory with a score of 100/110 or higher
• Proven experience in project setup, budgeting, and delivery management
• Previous experience in a consulting environment is preferred

TECHNICAL BACKGROUND

The ideal candidate has a solid background in full-stack/front-end development, enabling them to manage and validate the following technologies:

• Front-end Ecosystem : React (Hooks, Context, Redux), Svelte (store, SSR), UI streaming patterns, and agent state management.
• Backend & Orchestration : Node.js, Express/NestJS, REST architectures, and development of agent orchestration layers (LLM proxies, tool calling, multi-agent routing).
• Architecture & Microservices: Vite, Webpack, Storybook, micro-frontend approaches, SSR architectures, MCP (Model Context Protocol ) integration patterns, and tool integration.
• Data & AI Layer: GraphQL, agent API integration, vector DBs (Pinecone/pgvector), RAG logic, and context & memory management systems.
• Quality & LLM Testing : Oversight of testing frameworks (Jest, Playwright, Cypress) and implementation of LLM evaluation frameworks (prompt versioning, tool call accuracy).
• CI/CD & Governance: GitHub Actions, Docker, automated pipelines, and monitoring via AI observability platforms (Langfuse/OpenTelemetry, cost/token monitoring, A/B prompt testing).

• Consultative Mindset : Ability to think abstractly, excellent communication skills, and a knack for analytical problem-solving to present complex solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Agentic Design Thinking: A mindset focused on the evolution of artificial intelligence, capable of transforming complex logical flows into a fluid and responsive user experience.
• Ownership: A strong sense of responsibility in managing deadlines, the team, and client relationships.

LOCATION: Milano (hybrid).

COMPENSATION: 40.000€ - 60.000€ + bonus performance. ( flexibility based on seniority, experience, and overall fit)
