This role supports Northern Trust's global business by providing expertise on performance fee methodologies, fund structures, operational processes and governance. Working across Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, New Business, Relationship Management and Change teams, you will help support fund launches, onboarding, model implementation, automation initiatives and strategic projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a background in Fund Accounting, Investment Operations, Alternatives, New Business or Change Management who is looking to develop specialist expertise in a unique and technically challenging area of the industry.
Full training, support and mentoring will be provided. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop into a recognised specialist in performance fees, complex fund structures and governance.

Key Responsibilities
- Support fund launches, client onboarding and transitions.
- Review fund documentation and operational requirements.
- Assist with performance fee model implementation and governance reviews.
- Partner with operational teams to solve complex client and fund structure challenges.
- Support automation, process improvement and strategic change initiatives.
- Contribute to risk, control and governance activities.
- Develop procedures, training materials and best practice guidance.
- Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders across the business.
- Experience in Fund Accounting, Investment Operations, Alternatives, Product, New Business, Change or a related financial services role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to review and interpret business or client requirements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working across teams and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Curious, motivated and eager to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
