How you'll make an impact



As a Renewals Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in helping customers review, renew and enhance their insurance cover, ensuring they continue to receive the service and support they value. You'll:

• Speak with existing customers to understand their needs and discuss their insurance renewal options.


• Deliver expert guidance on a range of insurance products and policy choices.


• Build lasting relationships through excellent customer service and trusted advice.


• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and introduce additional products that meet customer needs.


• Negotiate and engage confidently with customers to achieve positive outcomes.


• Support business growth by retaining customers and strengthening client relationships.


• Manage your workload effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.


• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver the best possible customer experience.

About you

• APA qualified, or willing to complete the relevant Insurance Institute qualifications with full support from GMIB.


• Leaving Certificate (or equivalent qualification), or a relevant third-level qualification.


• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.


• Enjoys talking to people and building strong relationships.


• Has a customer-focused mindset and takes pride in delivering excellent service.


• Is confident, professional and comfortable working towards sales goals.


• Brings a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem solving.


• Works well independently while also being a supportive team member.


• Is organised, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities.


• Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
