Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Data/AI DevSecOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available data and AI platforms while supporting cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD practices. This role focuses primarily on AWS, with Azure experience considered a plus. You will work closely with engineering teams to integrate AI and data workflows into production systems and drive best practices in DevSecOps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and maintain data and AI solutions, including Databricks, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
- Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and automated deployments for cloud workloads.
- Implement infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible) and manage containerized applications (Kubernetes/EKS/AKS).
- Configure and maintain cloud-hosted applications, IAM, SSO, RBAC, and enforce security and compliance standards.
- Automate routine tasks and workflows using scripting and orchestration tools (Python, Bash, PowerShell, AWS Lambda, GitHub Actions).
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure and application performance, observability, and logging (Datadog, CloudWatch), ensuring cost-efficiency and scalability.
- Establish and enforce governance, compliance, and security policies across data, AI, and cloud environments.
- Evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to improve efficiency, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for complex cloud, AI, and data-related issues and provide guidance to teams.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years in DevOps, DevSecOps, Cloud Engineering, OR Data platform development.
- 1-2+ years of experience in AI engineering
- Strong AWS expertise; Azure experience is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and containerized deployments.
- Proficiency in Terraform (primary), Ansible, and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability platforms (Datadog, CloudWatch).
- Understanding of cloud security best practices, IAM, and compliance frameworks.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in data-driven environments.
- Effective communicator and collaborative team player.
- Fluent in English.
