Ideal candidates will have 7-10+ years in QA/testing, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Experience in insurance domain testing and automation tools like Selenium or Cypress is essential. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required. A degree in Computer Science or related fields is necessary, along with relevant certifications preferred.
