About the Client: Our client is a highly successful, global quantitative investment manager. They rely on a scientific approach to trading, combining vast amounts of data with advanced technology to find alpha across multiple liquid asset classes. The Role & Landscape: You will join the core technology team responsible for the platform that handles real-time and end-of-day pricing and risk calculations across the firm.

1. Design and build highly concurrent, low-latency services in C++ on Linux.
2. Integrate complex pricing models developed by the quant team into the production trading environment.
3. Work on distributed systems architecture, ensuring the platform scales to handle massive market data volumes.
4. Collaborate directly with traders, risk managers, and operations to solve critical business problems.
5. Potential to expand scope into order management, trade lifecycle, and market data systems.

What We Are Looking For:

1. Strong background in C/C++ development (4+ years), ideally within a front or middle office trading environment.
2. Deep expertise in building low-latency, high-throughput systems on Linux using STL.
3. Proven experience designing and implementing complex multithreaded and distributed applications.
4. Comfortable working with Python.
5. Ideally, you have an understanding of pricing models and asset classes (Equities, Futures, Options, Swaps).
6. Excellent communication skills—you must be comfortable interacting directly with the business.
