We are currently helping a few investment managers looking for experienced Multi-Asset Investment professionals. The clients include Newly Set Up Single Family Office and Leading Asset Management Firm. We are open to candidates ranging from Senior Portfolio Managers to Head of Multi-Asset, depending on experience and fit.

Investment Strategy:

Manage discretionary multi-asset portfolios (balanced, income, growth) with a focus on strategic and tactical asset allocation (SAA/TAA). Initial focus may include liquid and steady income assets (ETFs, REITs), with flexibility to expand into infrastructure hedge funds, rates, credit, and FX.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive portfolio performance across market cycles through disciplined asset allocation, fund/security selection, and timely rebalancing.
2. Convert macro and cross-asset views into actionable positioning across equities, fixed income, FX, and diversifiers.
3. Utilize quantitative tools (factor/risk models, scenario analysis, back-testing) and systematic overlays (e.g., volatility targeting, hedging) to optimize portfolio construction.
4. Manage market, credit, liquidity, and currency risks; ensure strict guideline and regulatory compliance.
5. For the leadership role: Mentor and lead a team of investment professionals, foster collaboration, and contribute to the firm's overall investment governance and client/stakeholder presentations.

Key Requirements:

1. Proven track record in multi-asset portfolio management, asset allocation, and delivering benchmark-relative performance. Experience with MPF, ORSO, pension funds, or FOF is highly relevant.
2. Strong macro and cross-asset expertise, with advanced quantitative training (CFA, FRM, MSc/PhD) preferred.
3. Proficiency in quantitative tools and data (Python/R, SQL, Bloomberg, Barra/Axioma or equivalent).
4. Familiarity with derivatives for efficient implementation and hedging is a strong advantage.
5. Solid understanding of Greater China/Asian markets is highly preferred.
6. Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
